Learn More About Our Terms & Conditions

Reservations:

To secure a reservation, full payment is required. The date and time are not confirmed until payment is received.

Cancellations:

To cancel your reservation, please contact our office immediately. If your cruise is within 3 days, no refund will be given for any advance payment. If trip insurance was pre-purchased, A Full Refund will be applied.

Inclement Weather Policy:

Our trips operate rain or shine unless deemed unsafe by the United States Coast Guard or the Vessel Captain. If we cancel due to unsafe conditions, you can choose to Rebook, get a Full Store Credit, or Gift Card. If trip insurance was pre-purchased, A Full Refund will be applied. Our vessels are covered and enclosed, ensuring a comfortable charter in any weather.

Charter Time Policy:

The reserved time for your charter is fixed. If your departure is delayed (for Private or Corporate events only), your charter will still return at the initially agreed-upon time, provided the delay is caused by the guest. If we need to delay the departure, you’ll have the contracted amount of time on the water. You may extend your time, if available, at a rate agreed upon before your departure.

Outside Food/Beverage Policy:

Outside Food and Beverages are prohibited. Snacks can be purchased aboard the vessel. Catering Packages are available upon request for Private Parties and Corporate Events if food is desired. Liquor, beer, and wine are available for purchase aboard. Outside alcoholic beverages are not allowed. If alcohol is brought onboard, the charter will be immediately terminated without refund, and future charters may be denied. Any guest drinking on the dock before charter or cruise will not be allowed entry and will not be refunded. If anyone poses a safety risk due to intoxication, the Captain will return to port, terminating the charter. Trash cans are provided onboard, and we appreciate your help in keeping the waters clean.

Smoking and Illegal Drugs:

Smoking is prohibited on board. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited, and the Captain will notify the Coast Guard if any are found. Possession of illegal substances will lead to arrest, as governed by Maritime Law.

Expectations:

We aim to provide a safe and enjoyable charter experience. We expect all guests to respect the safety of others and follow the Captain’s safety briefing. Any changes to the headcount must be discussed and approved prior to the charter. Excessive noise should be avoided, considering other guests in the area.
